We’re all about getting your sparkly new pieces to you as quickly as possible! All
orders placed during weekdays take up to 24 hours (excluding Sundays) to process
in our facility. However, during special sales or promotions (because who doesn’t
love a good sale, right?), processing may take a little longer. But don’t worry, your
goodies will be worth the wait!

Order tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a friendly ping from our logistics partner,
Shiprocket, via email and WhatsApp! Keep an eye out for your waybill number in the
message—it’s your golden ticket to tracking your order’s live location. Whether it's a
pit stop or on the final stretch to your doorstep, you’ll be able to follow along as your
new favourite piece makes its journey home!
